Order Pickup

Order pickup is available. Please read below:
  • If you want to pick it up from store please follow details below to place an order online and pick it up in store.  
    • Under Company name, Street Address and Postal Code – please enter “HOLD FOR PICK UP” 
  • Make sure you enter correct billing address (address that is on file with credit card/paypal) when you proceed on 2nd page before entering payment details to facilitate faster processing of the order. 
  • You can pay the shipping amount at the time of placing the order and we will refund you the shipping amount once the order has been picked up. Refund will be done online via same method as payment was made. We don’t offer on the spot refunds for shipping amount. 
  • Please allow some hours for the order to be processed before you can pick it up. 
  • Once your order is ready for pick up, we will email/call to notify. Please do not come in for pick up if you haven't received any email/call from us notifying that your order is 'Available for Pick up'. 
  • You can call us/leave a message on phone before coming in store, to enquire about status of order. You can also message us online on our website by using 'Contact us' section.
